About the Author

Suz O’Donnell created Thrivatize to help leaders maximize success. As a mid-career mother, she has a special passion for supporting female leaders who have a family or are planning a family to not only maintain their seat at the table, but enhance their career development.

Her clients not only ensure their own career development path, but also drive increased performance for their entire team before, during, and after their maternity leave. She has led teams working on everything from leadership development programs to corporate change initiatives to sales and marketing development to global technology implementations and everything in between.
